Door Production:

All door bases are manufactured from a compound re-glued mass, that was formed as a result of the splicing process under pressure from dry wood blocks (all knots were removed in advance). As of today, this technology is considered the most advanced in production. Blocks are selected in such a way that the direction of fibers in each layer is different. Such technology allows us in the future to avoid door panel deformation (the doors stay intact, they do not dry up and/or crack). That way all fixtures are embedded into the mass (and not into MDF as is the case with other factories). MDF protects the door from mechanical damage due to its high density and serves as an ideal basis for wood veneer application. Use of this material in the door manufacture process allows the doors to be highly resilient to moisture absorption and shock.
Veneer allows us to create a beautiful “wooden” pattern throughout the entire door surface, which is virtually impossible to do with the doors manufactured from natural materials.
Finishing is accomplished with two-component polyurethane paint materials manufactured by ICA (Industria Chimica Adriatica), Italy. The paint materials make hard-elastic film with high mechanical and chemical resistance.

Production

Unlike the majority of other door factories, our factory has its own prefabrication unit that manufactures workpieces from re-glued masses – so-called Euroblocks. Since we are in control of the production of your door already at the stage of its prefabrication, we are capable to provide you with a 100% satisfaction of our product quality.
Our prefabrication process is a full closed cycle that begins with sawing round timber and ends with the production of a ready-to-use glued laminated lumber.
Our state-of-the-art dryer unit is a series of automatic chambers with large capacity, controlled by computers with minimal human intervention. Only “normal” or “soft” drying modes are used, which helps preserve properties of the material and prevents distortion inaccuracy.
Lumber processing involves removing all the defects, that can affect the quality of the final product – your door.
Laminated lumber is glued on the automatic line, which, in conjunction with our quality management system (that consists of initial, intermediate and final stages of quality control), assures the highest quality of our end product – your door.
In order to ensure that the supporting structures of our doors are highly rigid and stable, we finish the re-glued laminated lumber with a layer of thin sheet material – MDF. We, however, are guided by our slogan – “The quality is always above all”, and therefore believe that our products may be more expensive than some, but much better than the majority.
Veneer and eco veneer are applied to the product on an automatic coating line.
We have a fully automatic line for paint materials application. While many manufacturers still apply paint manually in improvised chambers, we have been using modern coating equipment for a long time, thus ensuring the impeccable quality of your doors. Our coating process, for the purpose of achieving the best quality, includes a multi-level polishing of the products. Paint materials are applied in a closed chamber, which prevents debris from sticking to a still “wet” product.
